Frequently Asked Questions:

 What is your return/exchange policy?

Any product can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size (if available) within 30 days of order receipt. All returns and exchanges must be in the state you received it.*

Items returned will not be refunded shipping costs.

Items such as masks cannot be returned due to COVID concerns.

My order was returned to sender or sent to the wrong address. What do I do?

Please notify us. We of course will know when the package returns. If you entered your own address incorrectly, you will be charged $5 to reship the package.

If your package was mailed to the address you entered at checkout and that is incorrect, we will provide all information relevant to your order so you can contact USPS to see what you can do.

I was sent or ordered the wrong product or size. What do I do?

Please notify us! We will work to solve the problem as quickly as possible, sending you a prepaid return label to return merchandise with. This happens from time to time, we are all human.

Are your clothes true-to-size or should I order a size up/down? Do they shrink in the wash? 

Our clothes do shrink in the process by about half a size. They are triple washed after the tie dye process. Tie-dye care instructions are included on all labels. Wash cold with like colors, no bleach, dry on low. Generally 100% cotton. 

Some clothes like Button Up Shirts have odd sizing, and should generally size up with these to avoid returning the product.

Which products are already made and ready to ship? 

Most products are ready to ship and are processed within 1-2 business days, tie dyes included. However, some products, like tapestries, koozies and Neck Jammerz require additional time and are usually processed within 1-2 weeks. We print the products ourselves at the same facility in California.  Processing times are noted on item descriptions and below.

Printed Tapestries - ~5 business days

Koozies - ~3-5 business days

Neckties - ~3-5 business days

How can I keep up to date on sales and new products?

Check our Facebook page and Instagram for frequent updates on sales and promotions.  Email marketing goes out approximately 1 time per week.

 What is your shipping policy and costs?*

We ship from our warehouse in Northern California. Standard shipping in the U.S. is a flat $5 rate and typically* will be delivered within 3-5 days. Priority Mail is $10 and typically* delivered within 1-3 days. 

 *Depending on location, USPS workload, environmental factors


International Orders:

International orders are sent at cost, and sometimes may include a customs fee.
